9. The radii leading into and out of the snorkel lane shall be <br />increased to the satisfaction of the City Engineer to allow <br />vehicles to maneuver easily through the snorkel lane. <br />10. The snorkel lane width shall be increased to a minimum width <br />of 10 feet. <br />11. That an agreement be recorded with the City Attorney to <br />insure the maintenance of all joint parking, access, and <br />landscape areas prior to the issuance of any building <br />permits for the project. <br />12. Landscaping of the P.S.E. along Chabot and Gibraltar Drives <br />shall be fully completed during the first phase (post <br />office) of development. <br />13.
