PC-gg-76 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE UP-8g-41~ AppLICA <br />THE AMERICAN CANCER socIETY TION OF <br />WHEREAS, the American Cancer Society has a <br />conditional use permit to e PP11ed for a <br />second-hand store to be lopatedtath19establishment of a <br />Road, Suites C and D• 87 Santa Rita <br />and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C <br />District; and (Central Commercial) - <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public heari <br />the Planning Commission considerednallf ubgust 23, 1989, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the testimony, <br />concerning this application; and City staff <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the fo <br />llowing findings: <br />A• That the proposed location of the coedit' <br />in accordance with the objectives of theional use is <br />ordinance and the purpose of the districtzining <br />the site is located. which <br />The discovery shop will offer low cost <br />items to the public.
