PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-73 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE STONERIDGE DRIVE <br />SPECIFIC PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the City's General Plan calls far the preparation of a <br />Specific Plan for the 293 acre area along the proposed <br />Stoneridge Drive extension; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton and Stoneridge Drive Property <br />Owners applied to adopt the Stoneridge Drive Specific <br />Plan for the subject 293 acre site; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 11, <br />1989 the Planning Commission certified the EIR prepared <br />for this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS,at their duly noticed public hearing of August 9, 1989, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed Specific <br />Plan conforms to the City's General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends adoption of the Stoneridge Drive Specific <br />Plan (Exhibit "A") attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference with the modifications shown on <br />Exhibit "B" attached hereto. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 8TH DAY OF AUGUST 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Horan, and Chairman <br />Micheletti <br />NOES: Commissioner Mahren <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Hovingh and McGuirk <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
