Conditions of Approval <br />UP-89-35 <br />June 28, 1989 <br />1. The development of the site shall be substantially as shown <br />on the plans dated May 26, 1989, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. This project shall be subject to all conditions of approval <br />of UP-86-7. <br />3. The use shall be limited to the storage of boats, trailers, <br />campers, motor homes, automobiles, trucks and semi-truck <br />tractors, truck shipping containers, and other motor <br />vehicles. <br />4. There shall be no storage of building materials, machinery, <br />fuel, oil, or other chemicals on site. <br />5. The site shall not be operated as a truck terminal. <br />6. The applicant shall be subject to all conditions of approval <br />of Case Z-89-310. <br />7. Areas of ground contamination determined to need additional <br />environmental clean up by the Alameda County Health <br />Department shall be left unpaved until such cleanup is <br />completed.
