Conditions of Approval <br />PUD-83-9-3M <br />July 11, 1989 <br />1. The project shall conform to the site plan dated June 21, <br />1989 on file with the Planning Department except that no RV <br />parking shall be allowed. <br />2. The tot lot shall be relocated per the revised site plan <br />dated received June 21, 1989, to their interior yard area <br />adjacent to and north of the swimming pool. <br />3. All hoses utilized at the car wash areas shall be fitted with <br />flow-interrupting spray gun nozzles to prevent excess water <br />use. <br />4. Car wash areas shall be used only between the hours of 9:OOam <br />and 8:OOpm. <br />5. No auto repair (e.g. oil change, tune-ups, etc.) shall be <br />conducted in the designated car wash area. <br />6. No audio equipment (e.g. CD's, radios, tape decks) shall be <br />operated in the car wash areas. <br />7. Two car wash areas are approved, one on the west perimeter of <br />the complex and one in the southeast corner of the site. One <br />additional car wash area is to be added to the east perimeter <br />parking area with Planning Director approval prior to <br />installation. <br />8. That except as modified by Conditions 1 through 7 above, all <br />conditions of Cases PUD-83-9 through PUD-83-9-1M shall remain <br />in full force and effect. <br />pud8393m.con/sm <br />updated 7/11/89 <br />
