PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-68 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-83-9-3M, <br />APPLICATION OF GATEWOOD ASSOCIATES <br />WHEREAS, Gatewood Associates has applied for a modification to an <br />approved Planed Unit Development to allow the creation <br />of a 10 space RV parking area, a tot-lot, and a car wash <br />area located at 3992 Stoneridge Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 28, 1989, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that as conditioned, <br />and with the removal of the RV storage area, the <br />proposed modification is appropriate for the site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-83-9-3M, the <br />application of Gatewood Associates for a major <br />modification to an approved development plan for a <br />200-unit apartment complex to allow relocation of the <br />tot-lot and approval of a three carwash area subject to <br />the conditions attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 28TH DAY OF JUNE 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahern, McGuirk and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Horan <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />Brian W.
