Exhibit "A" <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-89-29 - Resolution No. PC-89-64 <br />1. That the proposed use shall conform to the site plan and <br />narrative (dated April 28,k 1989) on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That no signage is approved as part of this project. Any <br />signage shall conform to the existing approved sign program <br />for the Quarry Business Center or shall require separate <br />Design Review Board approval. <br />3. That the hours of operation shall be 9:30am - 7:30pm. <br />4, That the applicant shall obtain all applicable City permits <br />prior to improvement to and operation of the facility. <br />5. That if noise originating from the gym becomes a nuisance to <br />neighboring tenants, this use permit can be referred back to <br />the Planning Commission for additional conditions at the <br />discretion of the Planning Director. <br />6. That any modifications in operation or expansion of the use <br />shall require subsequent conditional use permit approval. <br />7. That the roll-up door opening be provided with a gate made of <br />mesh-type material or other suitable material to prevent <br />children from entering parking and driveway area behind the <br />building. said gate to be approved by the Planning Director <br />prior to the issuance of building permits for tenant <br />improvements. <br />pc8964/sm <br />
