Exhibit nAn <br />PUD-78-8-3M <br />Vintage Hills Investment <br />1. That the development shall substantially conform to the plans <br />and elevations, dated April 3, 1989, on file with the <br />Planning Department, except as modified herein. <br />2. That the clock tower shall be limited to a single sign and <br />this sign shall be on the west elevation. <br />3. That the developer submit a landscape plan to the Planning <br />Director for review and approval for the revegetation of the <br />rear property line area between Tawny Drive and Palomino <br />Drive prior to the issuance of a building permit, such plan <br />shall indicate the schedule of work. <br />4. That signage for the center shall be submitted for Design <br />Review Board review and approval under separate application. <br />5. That the applicant shall secure all required City permits <br />prior to the commencement of work. <br />6. That the clock shall be maintained in functioning order at <br />all times. <br />7. That all other conditions of PUD-78-3 shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />8.
