PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-62 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-78-3-3M, <br />THE APPLICATION OF VINTAGE HILLS INVESTMENT <br />WHEREAS, Vintage Hills Investment has applied for a major <br />modification to an approved development plan to an <br />existing shopping center (Vintage Hill Shopping Center) <br />to allow for alterations to exterior storefronts, clock <br />tower, signage, landscaping, and other related <br />improvements to be located at 3550 Bernal Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 24, 1989, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the modification to be an <br />improvement to the existing shopping center. <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-78-3-3M, the <br />application of Vintage Hills Investment for a major <br />modification to an approved development plan to the <br />existing Vintage Hills Shopping Center, to allow for <br />alterations to exterior storefronts, clock tower, <br />signage, landscaping, and other related improvements at <br />3550 Bernal Avenue subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 24TH DAY OF MAY 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Horan, Hovingh, Mahern, and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST <br />~~ <br />Brian W.
