PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-59 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-89-6, THE <br />APPLICATION OF SPIEKER PARTNERS <br />WHEREAS, Spieker Partners has applied for Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning and development plan approval for a <br />multi-building, approximately 118,500 sq. ft. mixed use <br />retail/commercial complex to be located at the northwest <br />corner of the intersection of Rosewood Drive and Santa <br />Rita Road; and; <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 10, 1989, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of a negative declaration for PUD- <br />89-6 after considering all public testimony, relevant <br />exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the rezoning and <br />development plan are consistent with the General Plan <br />and the purposes of the PUD Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case PUD-89-6, the application <br />for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development <br />plan approval for a multi-building, approximately <br />118,500 sq. ft. mixed use retail/commercial complex to <br />be located at the northwest corner of the intersection <br />of Rosewood Drive and Santa Rita Road subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 10TH DAY OF MAY 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Horan, Hovingh, Mahern, and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
