PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-57 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-80-2-13D, <br />THE APPLICATION OF BERNAL AVENUE ASSOCIATES <br />WHEREAS, Bernal Avenue Associates has applied for design review <br />approval to construct a two-building, approximately <br />26,300 sq. ft. office complex to be located on an <br />approximately 2.3 acre site located on the south side of <br />Koll Center Parkway approximately 450 feet west of the <br />intersection of Koll Center Parkway and Valley Avenue; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 10, 1989, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that thfo rth°sesitesland <br />conforms to the approved overall PUD <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission an Envirandevelo mentcplanport <br />was prepared for the rezoning an P <br />approval for the business park complex in which this <br />project is located. A project of this nature was <br />included into the scope of that EIR. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Casessociates foD,design <br />application of Bernal Avenue A <br />review approval to construct a two-building, <br />approximately 26,300 sq. ft. °3facrecsiteelocated on the <br />located on an approximately 2. <br />south side of Koll Center Parkway approximately 450 feet <br />west of the intersection of Koll Center Parkway and <br />Valley Avenue subject to the conditions show5eob Exhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and made part of this ca y <br />reference. <br />Section 2.
