PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-57 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-80-2-13D, THE APPLICATION OF BERNAL AVENUE ASSOCIATES WHEREAS, Bernal Avenue Associates has applied for design review approval to construct a two-building, approximately 26,300 sq. ft. office complex to be located on an approximately 2.3 acre site located on the south side of Koll Center Parkway approximately 450 feet west of the intersection of Koll Center Parkway and Valley Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 10, 1989, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that thfo rth°sesitesland conforms to the approved overall PUD WHEREAS, the Planning Commission an Envirandevelo mentcplanport was prepared for the rezoning an P approval for the business park complex in which this project is located. A project of this nature was included into the scope of that EIR. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1.
