PC-89-56 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL ASSOCIATESD-80-2-12D, <br />THE APPLICATION OF BERNAL AVENUE <br />lied for design review <br />WHEREAS, Bernal Avenue Associates has app <br />approval to construct an approximately 40,000 sq. ft., <br />two-story office building to be located on an <br />approximately 4.7 acre site locatedCentereParkway and <br />corner of the intersection of Koll <br />Valley Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUDe~cialnandUOffices <br />Development) - Industrial/Comet <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 10, 1989, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed design <br />conforms to the approved overall PUD for this site; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission an Environmenelo mentctlanport <br />was prepared for the,nessnlarkacomplex in which this <br />approval for the buss p <br />project is located. A project of this nature was <br />included into the scope of that EIR. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-80-2-12D, the <br />application of Bernal Avenue Associates for design <br />review approval to construct an approximately 40,000 sq. <br />ft., two-story office building to be located on an <br />approximately 4.7 acre site located at the northwest <br />corner of the intersection of Koll Center Parkway and <br />Valley Avenue subject to the conditions ss°casenbExhibit <br />"A" attached hereto and made part of thi Y <br />reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
