The developer shall enter into an agreement with <br />the City, such that when the adjacent property <br />develops and a gravity sanitary sewer is available, <br />the developer shall abandon the proposed sump pump <br />system and connect direct to said gravity line. <br />The developer shall bond for said improvement or <br />supply other means of security acceptable to the <br />City Engineer for these future improvements. <br />3. That all required City permits for the project <br />shall be secured prior to the commencement of <br />construction. <br />4.
