Resolution No. PC-89-50 <br />Page 3 - 4/26/89 <br />3. That the hours of operation be 8:OOam - 8:OOpm <br />Saturdays and Sundays; and 6:OOam - 11:00pm Monday <br />through Friday. <br />4. That if, at any time, a violation of state or <br />federal law occurs in conjunction with Gold's Gym <br />Arbor facility, this use permit shall be <br />terminated. <br />5. That the applicant shall obtain all applicable City <br />permits prior to improvements to and operation of <br />the facility. <br />6. That all patrons utilizing the facility before <br />8:OOam and after S:OOpm shall park on the front <br />portion of the site, between the gym facility door <br />and West Las Positas Boulevard. <br />7. That if noise originating from the gym becomes a <br />nuisance to neighboring tenants, the use permit can <br />be referred back to the Planning Commission for <br />additional conditions at the discretion of the <br />Planning Director. <br />8. That any modification in operation or expansion of <br />the use shall require subsequent conditional use <br />permit approval. <br />Section 2.
