Resolution No. PC-89-48 <br />Page 2 - 4/26/89 <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the zoning <br />ordinance. <br />The proposed use will comply with all applicable <br />provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. Church uses <br />tend to be quiet and will not subject surrounding <br />uses to heavy truck traffic, noise or other <br />objectionable influences; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from <br />the requirements of the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-89-14, the application of Church of <br />Christ for a conditional use permit to establish a <br />church facility to be located at 1024 Serpentine Lane in <br />Valley Business Park subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the proposed use shall conform to the plans, <br />(dated March 30, 1989) on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That if additional activities beyond that proposed <br />in the applicant's letter dated March 30, 1989 on <br />file with the Planning Department, for this use are <br />desired, prior City review and approval is <br />required. <br />3. That if operation of this use results in conflicts <br />pertaining to parking, noise, or similar factors, <br />at the discretion of the Planning Director, this <br />matter can be submitted to the Planning Commission <br />for their subsequent review,. modification/addition <br />of conditions, and/or revocation of said permit. <br />4. That if signage is desired for the use, a separate <br />application be made to the City for review and <br />approval prior to installation. <br />5. That the applicant shall apply for and obtain all <br />applicable City permits prior to the operation of <br />the proposed use. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
