The existing paving and curbs at the parking <br />areas shall remain as is to form the standard <br />length for parking spaces and that the islands <br />shall remain to the edge of the driveways. <br />2. That the building design shall be as shown in <br />Exhibit A and shall detail materials, colors and <br />construction method. <br />3. The grass area on the north side of Building is to <br />be mounded a minimum of 6" to 1' high. <br />4. The development is recommended for approval subject <br />to all of the "Standard Conditions of Development" <br />except for condition No.. 7 12, 13, 27, 28, 29, 33, <br />34, 35, 49, and 54. <br />section 2.
