PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-44 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF GOLDEN EAGLE FARMS AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-85-15-1M WHEREAS, Golden Eagle Farms has applied for a major modification to an approved development plan for a 210-unit residential project to allow for a special events/conference center to be established at the facility approved for a clubhouse (Bernal Adobe) to be located at 1780 Foothill Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 12, 1989, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed negative declaration prepared for Case PUD-85-15-1M after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed use is consistent with the General Plan and complementary to the overall Golden Eagle Farms PUD; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Recommends approval of the Case PUD-85-15-1M, the application of Golden Eagle Farms for a major modification to an approved development plan for a 210 unit residential project to allow for a special events/conference center to be established at the facility approved for a clubhouse (Bernal Adobe) to be located at 1780 Foothill Road subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 12TH DAY OF APRIL 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Hoyt, Mahern and Chairman Michelotti NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None
