PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-39 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE RZ-89-3, THE APPLICATION OF JOSEPH MADDEN <br />WHEREAS, Joseph Madden has applied to rezone an approximately <br />0.24 acre site from the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br />Industrial/Commercial and Offices District to the C-S <br />(Commercial Service) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 22, 1989, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />RZ-89-3; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated February 24, 1989 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held March 22, 1989 at <br />which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br />Case RZ-89-3, the application of Joseph Madden to rezone <br />an approximately 0.24 acre site from the PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices <br />District. <br /> <br />
