That if, at any time in the future, the activities <br />of the operation deviate from the above description <br />or the ownership and/or management of the <br />restaurant is unable to control the activities of <br />its patrons such that the presence of the <br />restaurant encourages loud noises, litter, traffic <br />problems, drunkenness, etc., to the detriment of <br />the surrounding uses or to the City in general, the <br />Planning Commission may review and, if necessary, <br />attach additional conditions or revoke the subject <br />conditional use permit. <br />3. That if patrons of the restaurant cause problems to <br />occur in the vicinity of the site with regard to <br />traffic control and enforcement by the Police <br />Department, signs shall be erected at all entrances <br />to Marie Callender's and at the entrances to all <br />parking lots which have access to the restaurant. <br />Said signs shall state the enforcement of Section <br />21107.8 of the California Vehicle Code (CVC) on the <br />subject premises, and shall be designed and sited <br />as prescribed in the CVC. In the event that signs <br />are not posted as required above, this approval <br />shall become null and void. <br />4. That the applicant shall apply for and obtain all <br />applicable City permits for the restaurant <br />establishment prior to the commencement of <br />business. <br />Section 2.
