PC-89-34 <br />RESOLUTION MAKING A RECOMMENDATION CONCERNING "STANDARD <br />REQUIREMENTS FOR A TRAFFIC STUDY OF NORTH PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City has continued to refine the "Standard <br />,; Assumptions" which were initially adopted in 1984; and <br />,~; <br />'• WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 8, 1989, <br />•~ the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />• relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this matter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends the City adopt a 95~ occupancy rate, <br />Option 2, 1988, TSM Corrected Rate, 1,000 sq, ft., AM <br />1.51, PM 1.33; Rate/Employee, AM 0.47 and PM 0.42; pass- <br />by ITE as shown in the staff report dated March 8, 1989 <br />from the City Traffic Engineer, with an annual check of <br />samples of driveways, the assumption methodology to be <br />determined by City staff. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 8TH DAY OF MARCH 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />~~ AYES: Commissioners Hovingh, Hoyt, Mahern, and Chairman <br />Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Berger <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST <br />~~~, ~ ~~ <br />arrell Michelotti <br />Chairman <br />Brian W.
