PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-33 <br />RESOLUTION REGARDING THE DRAFT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM 1989-1990 THROUGH 1993-1994 <br />WHEREAS, one of the duties of the Planning Commission is to <br />investigate and make recommendations to the City Council <br />regarding means for implementing the Capital Improvement <br />.Program and finding it in conformance with the General <br />Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 8, 1989, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this Draft Capital Improvement <br />Program; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the Draft Capital <br />Improvement Program, as a whole and as individual <br />projects, is consistent with the General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends as the priorities for funding those <br />projects identified in the Draft Capital Improvement <br />Program for 1989-1990 through 1993-1994. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MARCH 8, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hovingh, Hoyt, Mahern, and Chairman <br />Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Berger <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
