PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-32 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-89-5, THE <br />APPLICATION OF LAGUNA OAKS <br />WHEREAS, the DeSilva Group has applied for development plan <br />approval to construct a 251-unit single-family <br />residential project and related improvements to be <br />located on an approximately 136 acre site located at the <br />northeast corner of the intersection of Bernal Avenue <br />and Foothill Road; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 8, 1989, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following findings: <br />That the proposed development plan is consistent with <br />the General and Specific Plan and PUD Ordinance <br />considerations and purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-89-5, the application <br />of DeSilva Group, the application for development plan <br />approval to construct a 251 unit single-family <br />residential project and related improvements to be <br />located on an approximately 136 site located at the <br />northeast corner of the intersection of Bernal Avenue <br />and Foothill Road subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 8TH DAY OF MARCH 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hovingh, Hoyt, Mahern, and Chairman <br />Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Berger <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
