PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />' RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-31 `~~ <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />DONNA MCMILLION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-89-4 <br />WHEREAS, Donna McMillion has applied for Planned Unit Development <br />development plan approval to subdivide an approximately <br />one acre parcel into two lots (with one existing <br />residence) and to construct a single family dwelling <br />located at 3775 Trenery Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br />declaration was adopted by Planning Commission on <br />March 8, 1989 after considering all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, The Planning Commission received the staff's <br />recommendation for approval of the proposed development <br />plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 8, 1989; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that this development plan <br />is consistent with the General Plan policies and PUD <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-89-4, the development <br />plan to subdivide an approximately one acre parcel into <br />two lots (with one existing residence) and to construct <br />a single-family dwelling located at 3775 Trenery Drive <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton on March 8, 1989 by the following vote: <br /> <br />
