PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-30 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />PUD-89-4, KAMP/MCMILLION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL <br />WHEREAS, Dixie Kamp and Donna McMillion have applied for <br />development plan approval to construct a single-family <br />residence to be located on an approximately one acre <br />site where there is an existing single-family residence <br />located at 3775 Trenery Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) -Medium Density Residential; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 8, 1989, the Planning Commission <br />received and reviewed the Initial Study dated <br />February 22, 1988 and received the recommendations of <br />the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held March 8, 1989 at <br />which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed <br />development plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for <br />_ Case PUD-89-4, application for development plan approval <br />to construct a single-family residence to be located on <br />an approximately one acre site where there is an <br />existing single-family residence located at 3775 Trenery <br />Drive. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
