PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-30 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR PUD-89-4, KAMP/MCMILLION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL WHEREAS, Dixie Kamp and Donna McMillion have applied for development plan approval to construct a single-family residence to be located on an approximately one acre site where there is an existing single-family residence located at 3775 Trenery Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) -Medium Density Residential; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 8, 1989, the Planning Commission received and reviewed the Initial Study dated February 22, 1988 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held March 8, 1989 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration for _ Case PUD-89-4, application for development plan approval to construct a single-family residence to be located on an approximately one acre site where there is an existing single-family residence located at 3775 Trenery Drive. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
