CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-147 <br />RESOLUTION UPHOLDING THE APPEAL OF BEVERLY AND <br />MEHDI JAVAHERI (CASE AP-91-5) TI~REBY <br />MODIFYING THE APPROVAL OF CASE Z-91-96 AS <br />CONDITIONED BY THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 13, 1991, the Design Review <br />Board approved Case Z-91-96, the application of CPS <br />Beverly and Mehdi Javaheri to construct a 3,740 ± square <br />foot single-family residence on a 41,921± square foot <br />(0.96 acre) lot located at 2113 Cascara Court, Lot #7, <br />Tract 5945 (Golden Eagle Farm subdivision); and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code, the applicant submitted an appeal to the City Clerk <br />of the City of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the City Council on <br />September 3, 1991, at which time all pertinent testimony <br />and documents were reviewed; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: The City Council hereby approves the appeal of Beverly <br />and Mehdi Javaheri (AP-91-5) to a decision of the Design <br />Review Board thereby removing Condition No. 12 from the <br />approval of Case Z-91-96, the application to construct an <br />approximately 3,740 square foot, single-family residence <br />on a 41,921 ± square foot (0.96 acre) lot located at 2113 <br />Cascara court, Lot #7, Tract 5945 (Golden Eagleā€¢Farm). <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
