PC-89-27 <br />;~ <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />,• COUNTRY INVESTORS AND GEORGE WARD FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-88-17 <br />1 <br />WHEREAS, Country Investors and George Ward have applied for <br />development plan approval to construct a 23 parcel, <br />single-family residential project to be located on an <br />approximately 6.7 acre site located at 2667 Vineyard <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and <br />~' WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br />declaration was adopted by the Planning Commission <br />on March 8, 1989; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission received the staff's <br />recommendation for approval of the proposed development <br />plan; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 8, 1989; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that this development plan <br />is consistent with the General Plan policies and PUD <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval the development plan to construct <br />a 23 parcel, single-family residential project proposed <br />to be located on an approximately 6.7 acre site located <br />at 2667 Vineyard Avenue subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br /> <br />
