PC-89-26 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARALEDNUNDER CASE <br />COUNTRY INVESTORS AND GEORGE WARD A <br />PUD-88-17 <br />Investors and George Ward have applied for <br />WHEREAS, Country roval to construct a 23 parcel, <br />development plan aPp ro'ect to be located on an <br />single-family residential p J <br />roximately 6.7 acre site located at 2667 Vineyard <br />app <br />Avenue; and <br />1989, the Planning Commission <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 8, <br />received a proposed negative declaration for Case <br />PUD-88-17; and <br />the Planning Commission has received anddrreCeivedtthe <br />WHEREAS' dated December 29, 1988 an <br />Initial Study <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />was held March 8, 1989 at <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing ortunity to <br />which time the public was given the opP osal; <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the prop <br />and <br />Commission has reviewed the potential <br />WHEREAS, the Planning licable state and <br />impacts in accordance with the are aration of Negative <br />local guidelines governing the p P <br />eclarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />D <br />Commission finds that the proposal would <br />WHEREAS, the Planning <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />E THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />NOW, THEREFOR , <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative DecionaofoCountry Investors and <br />Case PUD-88-17, the applicat <br />e Ward for development plan approval to construct a <br />Georg ro'ect to be <br />23 parcel, single-family residenacre site located at <br />located on an approximately 6 <br />2667 Vineyard Avenue. <br />
