PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-23 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />CHET RICHARDS AND JESSIE PRIES AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-89-2 <br />WHEREAS, Chet Richards and Jessie Pries have applied for <br />development plan approval to construct a twelve-unit <br />apartment complex to be located on an approximately 2.8 <br />acre site at 1045 Division Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 22, <br />1989 the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br />declaration was recommended for adoption by the Planning <br />Commission on February 22, 1989; and <br />WHEREAS the Planning Commission finds that this <br />development plan is consistent with the PUD Ordinance <br />and General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the application for <br />-development plan approval to construct a twelve-unit <br />apartment complex to be located on an approximately 2.8 <br />acre site at 1045 Division Street subject to the <br />conditions shown on Attachment A, attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
