PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-19 <br />RESOLUTION DENYING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-85-21-4M, <br />APPLICATION OF CHRISTENSEN DEVELOPMENT, INC. <br />WHEREAS, Christensen Development, Inc. has applied for a major <br />modification to an approved planned unit development for <br />a nine-unit residential project to modify the 16- and <br />25- foot building height limitations located at 306 Neal <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 22, <br />1989, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has previously committed to <br />restrict the height of the proposed structures in this <br />development. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Denies Case PUD-85-21-4M, the application of <br />Christensen Development, Inc. for a major modification <br />to an approved planned unit development for a nine-unit <br />residential project to modify the 16- and 25- foot <br />building height limitations located at 306 Neal Street. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />15 days after its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 22ND DAY OF FEBRUARY 1989 BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES:. Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Hoyt, Mahern, and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES : None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
