PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-18 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF <br />TED AND CORRINE MAVRIDIS FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />(PUD) REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PUD-88-15 <br />WHEREAS, Ted and Corrine Mavridis have applied for Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval <br />for a 10 lot, single-family residential project to be <br />located on an approximately three acre site located at <br />6168 Sunol Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 22, <br />1989, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br />declaration was recommended for adoption by the Planning <br />Commission on February 22, 1989; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that this <br />development plan and proposed rezoning are consistent <br />with the General Plan policies of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the application for <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning and development <br />plan approval for a 10 lot, single-family residential <br />project to be located on an approximately three acre <br />site located at 6168 Sunol Boulevard subject to the <br />Conditions listed on Attachment A, attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
