PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-17 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE PUD-88-15, THE APPLICATION OF TED AND CORRINE <br />MAVRIDIS <br />WHEREAS, Ted and Corrine Mavridis have applied for Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval <br />for a 10 lot, single-family residential project to be <br />located on an approximately three acre site located at <br />6168 Sunol Boulevard; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 22, 1989, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />PUD-88-15; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated November 20, 1988 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held February 22, 1989 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br />Case PUD-88-15, the application of Ted and Corrine <br />Mavridis for Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning and <br />development plan approval for a 10 lot, single-family <br />residential project to be located on an approximately <br />three acre site located at 6168 Sunol Boulevard. <br />
