C. Modify the paired unit portion to increase the unit <br />size from 1,000-1,500 sq. ft. to 1,640-1,768 sq. <br />ft; <br />D. Add land formerly a portion of the Catholic <br />Church, and delete one unit, reducing the number of <br />units from 50 to 49; <br />E. Modify the single-family portion to delete four <br />lots and grading on a ridge and to add 5 lots <br />within graded areas in the southerly portion of the <br />site; <br />F. Modify the exterior design of the paired homes from <br />wood and brick to stucco and modify the roof from <br />wood shingle to ceramic tile; <br />G. Construct an emergency access road from the <br />southeasterly cul-de-sac of Smallwood Court <br />northerly to Benedict Court, all as shown on the <br />plans on file in the Planning Department labelled <br />PUD-84-5-1M. <br />H.
