Resolution No. PC-89-8 <br />February 8, 1989 <br />Section 2. Planning Commission finds that the Environmental <br />Impact Report for the proposed rezoning and development <br />plan has been completed in compliance with the <br />California Environmental Quality Act, and state and city <br />guidelines. <br />Section 3.
