PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-7 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF JOHN ALTIERI, R. MARSAHLL AND RAY THOMPSON AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-88-11 WHEREAS, John Altieri, R. Marshall and Ray Thompson have applied for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a 21 parcel, single family residential project to be located on an approximately 12.3 acre site located generally in the area on the north side of the western terminus of Rose Avenue; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of February 8, 1989, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was recommended for adoption by the Planning Commission on February 8, 1989; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that this development plan and proposed rezoning are consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval of the application for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a 21 parcel, single-family residential project to be located on an approximately 12.3 acre site located generally in the area on the north side of the western terminus of Rose Avenue subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 8TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Hoyt, Mahern, and Chairman Michelotti NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None
