PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-89-5 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br />CASE Z-88-542, THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />FOR A OPERATIONS SERVICE CENTER <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied for design review <br />approval for the development of a multiple-building <br />operations service center to be located on the north <br />side of Busch Road adjacent to its eastern terminus; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 11, 1989, the Planning <br />Commission received a proposed negative declaration for <br />Z-88-542; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the <br />Initial Study dated January 3, 1989 and received the <br />recommendations of the staff; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held January 11, 1989 <br />at which time the public was given the opportunity to <br />comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with the applicable state and <br />local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would <br />not have any significant adverse effects on the <br />environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for <br />Case Z-88-542, the application of the City of Pleasanton <br />for design review approval for the development of a <br />multiple-building operations service center to be <br />located on the north side of Busch Road adjacent to its <br />eastern terminus. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />
