EBHIBIT A Resolution No. PC-90-117 Conditions of Approval Case IIP-90-67 1. That the proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, and narrative, Exhibit A (dated "Received November 16, 1990"), on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. 2. That if operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this matter can be submitted to the Planning Commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to .mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said use permit. 3. That prior to initiation of the massage use, the applicant shall submit written confirmation to the Planning Director that all requirements of the Pleasanton Police Department are met. 4. That prior to actual use of the structure for a massage studio, said structure must be made to conform to all applicable occupancy requirements, codes, and ordinances of the City. 5. That only two licensed massage therapists shall be allowed with this permit. That if additional activities beyond that proposed in the written narrative, dated "Received November 16, 1990" on file with the Planning Department are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the Planning Commission if judged to be substantial. 6. That no signage is approved as part of this application. Any signage shall conform to the existing approved sign program for the building. 7. That the hours of operation of the massage studio shall be limited to 8:o0am to 7:OOpm, weekdays, with no appointments taken after 6:OOpm; and 8:OOam to noon on Saturday. 8. That all other applicable City permits shall be obtained by the applicant. 9. That if an additional therapist is employed that credentials be the same level as required by AMTA.
