EBHIBIT A <br />Resolution No. PC-90-117 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case IIP-90-67 <br />1. That the proposed use shall conform substantially to the site <br />plan, and narrative, Exhibit A (dated "Received November 16, <br />1990"), on file with the Planning Department, except as <br />modified by these conditions. <br />2. That if operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining <br />to parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, at the <br />discretion of the Planning Director, this matter can be <br />submitted to the Planning Commission for their subsequent <br />review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may <br />modify or add conditions of approval to .mitigate such impacts, <br />or may revoke said use permit. <br />3. That prior to initiation of the massage use, the applicant <br />shall submit written confirmation to the Planning Director <br />that all requirements of the Pleasanton Police Department are <br />met. <br />4. That prior to actual use of the structure for a massage <br />studio, said structure must be made to conform to all <br />applicable occupancy requirements, codes, and ordinances of <br />the City. <br />5. That only two licensed massage therapists shall be allowed <br />with this permit. That if additional activities beyond that <br />proposed in the written narrative, dated "Received November <br />16, 1990" on file with the Planning Department are desired, <br />prior City review and approval is required. Such <br />modifications shall be submitted to the Planning Director, who <br />shall refer the matter to the Planning Commission if judged to <br />be substantial. <br />6. That no signage is approved as part of this application. Any <br />signage shall conform to the existing approved sign program <br />for the building. <br />7. That the hours of operation of the massage studio shall be <br />limited to 8:o0am to 7:OOpm, weekdays, with no appointments <br />taken after 6:OOpm; and 8:OOam to noon on Saturday. <br />8. That all other applicable City permits shall be obtained by <br />the applicant. <br />9. That if an additional therapist is employed that credentials <br />be the same level as required by AMTA. <br />
