the present low level of water service available to properties on Foothill Road. Therefore, the subdivision design is not likely to cause any public health problems. 5. The design of the subdivision or its related improvements will not conflict with easements, acquired by the public at large, for access through or use of property within the proposed subdivision. The existing overhead electrical line on the northern side of the project site will be undergrounded as part of the subdivision improvements. Upon completion of the undergrounding of this electrical line in the project roadways, this existing electrical easement will be abandoned. The condition requiring the developer to offer to grant an easement or fee for the public access over and use of the open space on the project site will create new opportunities for public recreation. Therefore, the design of the subdivision would not conflict with any established public easements through the property. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed tentative map achieves the intent of the approved development plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING~COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case Tract 6275, the application of Dr. and Mrs. William Yee for a vesting tentative map to allow the subdivision of an approximately 50.36 acre site into 22 single-family residential parcels located at 4100 Foothill Road subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference . Section 2.
