PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-115 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-81-30-51D THE APPLICATION OF JOHN DUTRA WHEREAS, John Dutra has applied for design review approval to construct 2 two-story office buildings totaling 28,120 sq. ft. in area to be located at the southeast corner of the Stoneridge Drive/Chabot Drive street intersection; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, an environmental impact report was prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the Hacienda Business Park, and the proposed project is within the scope of the environmental impact report; therefore, no additional environmental document was prepared for this case; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 28, 1990, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project, as conditioned, would be an attractive and compatible addition to the Hacienda Business Park. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-81-30-51D, the application of John Dutra for design review approval to construct 2 two-story office buildings totaling 28,120 sq. ft. in area to be located at the southeast corner of the Stoneridge Drive/Chabot Drive street intersection, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
