r <br />PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COIINTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-112 <br />RESOLIITION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-90-14, THE <br />APPLICATION OF JOSEPH W. CALLAHAN <br />WHEREAS, Joseph W. Callahan has applied for a Planned Unit <br />Development rezoning for the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - C (Commercial) and R-1-20,000 (Single- <br />Family Residential) districts to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - HDR (High Density Residential) and <br />Development Plan approval to allow the construction of 88 <br />single-family detached zero lot-line units, 46 for rent <br />in-law units, and 24 attached townhouse units on an <br />approximately 12.76 acre site located at 3801,.3963, and <br />3967 Stanley Boulevard - the area generally bounded by <br />Stanley Boulevard on the south and east, the Union <br />Pacific Railroad on the north, and the Country Roads <br />condominiums on the west; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 28, <br />1990, the Planning Commission, after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations <br />of the City staff concerning this proposal, recommended <br />approval of the proposed negative declaration for Case <br />PUD-90-14; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the PUD f 1990 g and atta hed <br />the staff report dated November 28, <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed <br />project, as conditioned, is appropriate for the site. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the application of Joseph W. <br />Callahan for a Planned Unit Development rezoning for the <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) - C (Commercial) and R-1- <br />20,000 (Single-Family Residential) districts to the PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - HDroval to allowsthe <br />Residential) and Development Plan app <br />construction of 88 single-family detached zero lot-line <br />units, 46 for rent in-law units, and.764acretasite <br />townhouse units on an approximately 12 <br />located at 3801, 3963, and 3967 Stanley Boulevard - the <br />area generally bounded by Stanley Boulevard on the south <br />and east, the Union Pacific Railroad on the north, and <br />the Country Roads condominiums on the west, subject to <br />the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and <br />
