PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-109 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT THB INITIATIVE FOR A SPECIFIC <br />PLAN FOR RUBY SILLS AREA I8 AN EMERGENCY ACTION ITEM <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that it would be <br />appropriate to initiate a study or specific plan for the <br />properties between the city limits and Ruby Hills and the <br />Vineyard Avenue corridor; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to initiate such a study the Planning Commission <br />must declare the initiative an emergency action; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting of November 28, 1990, the Plannin <br />Commission determined that the initiative for a specific <br />plan for the Ruby Hills area is an emergency action item. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section i. Declared that the initiative for a specific plan for <br />the Ruby Hills area is an emergency action item. <br />Section 2.
