6. If archaeologic materials are uncovered during grading, <br />trenching or other on-site excavation, earthwork within 30 <br />meters of these materials shall be stopped until a <br />professional archaeologist who is certified by the Society of <br />California Archaeology (SCA) and/or the Society of <br />Professional Archaeology (SOPA) has had an opportunity to <br />evaluate the significance of the find and suggest appropriate <br />mitigation measures if they are deemed necessary. <br />7. Exterior walls shall be free of air conditioning, heating or <br />other mechanical equipment. <br />8. Final inspection is required by the Planning Department prior <br />to occupancy. <br />9. All roof equipment must be located below the top of any <br />parapet wall to the satisfaction of the Planning Director. <br />Evidence to this effect shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Director prior to permit issuance. <br />lo. The project shall comply with all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Fire Department including those conditions outlined <br />in the plan review dated September 27, 1990 on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />11. Any double check values servicing the site shall be shown on <br />the development plan for approval by the Planning Director <br />prior to the issuance of a building permit. These devices <br />shall be screened and painted to the satisfaction of the <br />Planning Director. <br />12. The angle of any adjacent irrigation sprinkler heads shall be <br />adjusted away from the direction of the building. <br />13. The color of the roof shall be a Patina copper color, <br />manufactured by Thermal Coating, or comparable. A sample of <br />the roof material shall be submitted for review and approval <br />of the Planning Department prior to issuance of building <br />permits. <br />14. The three Deodar Cedar trees located at the northwest corner <br />of the Stoneridge Drive/Hopyard Road street intersection shall <br />not be removed and shall be preserved. <br />15. All trees to be preserved on site shall not be impacted by <br />construction activities. Should any tree be damaged to the <br />extent that its appearance, health or vigor is permanently <br />harmed, that tree shall be replaced by a tree of the same <br />species and of equal size. <br />16. The specific details of the phasing for the parking lot, <br />including temporary curbing, shall be submitted for review and <br />approval by the Engineering Department. <br />
