EXHIBIT A <br />POD-80-16-8D, Pactel Properties <br />Resolution PC-90-106 <br />November 14, 1990 <br />1. Development shall be substantially as shown on the <br />development plans dated "Received October 18, 1990" on file <br />with the Planning Department, except as modified by these <br />conditions. <br />2. Final approval of PUD 80-16-8D by the City Council is <br />required. <br />3. A grading plan shall be submitted to the Planning Department <br />for review and approval prior to building permit issuance. <br />The grading plan shall show the finish floor elevation of <br />the bank and ATM location, the landscape mounding, and the <br />elevation of Hopyard Road. Modifications to the ATM finish <br />floor elevation may be required if the Planning Director <br />finds that views to the ATM location will be obstructed by <br />the landscape mounding. <br />4. All signs shall be based on the sign program on the <br />development plans dated "Received October 18, 1990" on file <br />with the Planning Department, with the following <br />modifications. <br />a. The construction of the copy "Bank of <br />America" shall utilize halo-lit brushed <br />aluminum letters. <br />b. The face of the Bank of America logo sign may <br />be the Bank of America corporate red. The <br />sign shall be of a halo-lit construction. <br />c. All directional signage for the ATM shall be <br />submitted for review and approval by the <br />Planning Director. <br />d. No freestanding identification sign shall be <br />allowed for this use. <br />d. The specific details for each and every sign, <br />including address signs, shall be subject to <br />final review and approval by the Planning <br />Director. <br />5. Prior to occupancy, the landscape architect shall certify in <br />writing, in a manner acceptable to the Planning Department, <br />that the landscaping has been installed in accordance with <br />the approved landscape plans with respect to size, number <br />and species of plants, and overall design concept. <br />
