PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-90-106 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PUD-80-16-8D, THE APPLICATION <br />OF PACTEL PROPERTIES FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL <br />WHEREAS, Pactel Properties applied for design review approval to <br />allow the establishment of a single-story, freestanding <br />bank located at the northwest corner of the Hopyard <br />Drive/Stoneridge Drive street intersection; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- Industrial, Commercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of November 14, <br />1990, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was previously prepared and <br />adopted for PUD-80-16-3M and PUD-80-16-7D. There have <br />been no changes in the project nor new information <br />concerning possible environmental effects. No further <br />environmental analysis is required; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed use is consistent with the zoning <br />designation and General Plan policies of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-80-16-8D the application of Pactel <br />Properties for design review to allow the establishment <br />of a single-story, freestanding bank located at the <br />northwest corner of the Hopyard Drive/Stoneridge Drive <br />street intersection subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference . <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br />
