Resolution No. PC-90-105 Page 4 EXHIBIT A UP-90-52, California Community Church Resolution No. PC-90-105 November 14, 1990 1) That the proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, and narrative, Exhibit A (dated "Received October 5, 1990"), on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. 2) That the use shall be conducted entirely within the building at all times. 3) That if operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, at the discretion on the Planning Director, this matter can be submitted to the Planning Commission for their subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke said use permit. 4) That prior to actual use of the structure for a church fellowship hall, said structure must be made to conform to all applicable occupancy requirements, codes, and ordinances of the City. 5) That if additional activities beyond that proposed in the written narrative, dated "Received October 5, 1990" on file with the Planning Department are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the Planning Commission if judged to be substantial. 6) That no signage is approved as part of this application. Any signage shall conform to the existing approved sign program for the Valley Business Park or shall require design Review Board approval. 7) That all other applicable City permits shall be obtained by the applicant.
