Resolution No. PC-90-105 <br />Page 4 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />UP-90-52, California Community Church <br />Resolution No. PC-90-105 <br />November 14, 1990 <br />1) That the proposed use shall conform substantially to the site <br />plan, and narrative, Exhibit A (dated "Received October 5, <br />1990"), on file with the Planning Department, except as <br />modified by these conditions. <br />2) That the use shall be conducted entirely within the building <br />at all times. <br />3) That if operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining <br />to parking, noise, traffic, or other factors, at the <br />discretion on the Planning Director, this matter can be <br />submitted to the Planning Commission for their subsequent <br />review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may <br />modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, <br />or may revoke said use permit. <br />4) That prior to actual use of the structure for a church <br />fellowship hall, said structure must be made to conform to all <br />applicable occupancy requirements, codes, and ordinances of <br />the City. <br />5) That if additional activities beyond that proposed in the <br />written narrative, dated "Received October 5, 1990" on file <br />with the Planning Department are desired, prior City review <br />and approval is required. Such modifications shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter <br />to the Planning Commission if judged to be substantial. <br />6) That no signage is approved as part of this application. Any <br />signage shall conform to the existing approved sign program <br />for the Valley Business Park or shall require design Review <br />Board approval. <br />7) That all other applicable City permits shall be obtained by <br />the applicant. <br />
