Resolution No. PC-90-105 <br />Page 2 <br />The proposed hours of operation for the church, <br />will not impact surrounding uses. Other such uses <br />in the area have not caused any problems. The <br />proposed church use has adequate parking to meet <br />project demand. Church uses tend to be quiet and <br />will not subject surrounding uses to heavy truck <br />traffic, hazardous odors, or other objectionable <br />influences. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the zoning <br />ordinance. <br />As proposed and conditioned, each applicable <br />provision will be satisfied; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed use is consistent with the zoning <br />designation and General Plan policies of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-90-52, the application of California <br />Community Church for a conditional use permit to <br />establish a church assembly use located at <br />1024 Serpentine Lane subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON THE 14TH DAY OF NOVEMBER BY THE <br />FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Horan, Hovingh, McGuirk, Michelotti and <br />Chairman Mahern <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
