Exhibit "A" <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Resolution No. PC-90-99 <br />1. That all improvements shall substantially conform to the site <br />and floor plan, dated "Received September 27, 1990"; on file <br />with the Planning Department, except as modified by the <br />following conditions. <br />2. That the applicant obtain all the necessary City permits for <br />the construction of the secondary unit, carport and accessory <br />storage shed. <br />3. That the applicant install address signs that are visible from <br />the street and clearly indicate that two separate units exist <br />on the parcel. <br />4. Only one residential unit on the subject property may be <br />rented. The other unit shall be owner-occupied. With regards <br />to the secondary unit, the unit shall be occupied by no more <br />than two adults or one adult with children. <br />5. In no case shall the secondary unit be sold, subdivided or <br />held under different legal ownership from the primary <br />residence. <br />6.
