PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-90-96 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 63b1, THE APPLICATION OF BUMMERHILL <br />DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FOR SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Summerhill Development Company has applied for approval <br />of a tentative tract map to subdivide an approximately <br />12.46 acre sitr into four condominium lots for the <br />purpose of accommodating 153 units located at the <br />northwest corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and <br />Stoneridge Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />- HDR (High Density Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 10, 1990, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was approved for the rezoning and <br />development plan approval affecting this project. <br />Subdivision of this site was included within the scope of <br />the prior environmental document; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed subdivision to <br />be in conformance with the PUD Zoning District and <br />General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 6361, the application of Summerhill <br />Development Company to subdivide an approximately 12.46 <br />acre site into four condominium lotsheonorthwestpcorner <br />accommodating 153 units located at t <br />of West Las Positas Boulevard an s P rk rlsub'ectvto the <br />(Lot 24A of the Hac1xhibitusAneattached hereto and made <br />conditions shown on E <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless approved prior to that <br />time. <br />
