EBHIBIT B <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />UP-90-43 <br />1. That the location and operation of the use shall conform <br />substantially to Exhibit A (the site plan, floor plan, and <br />details of operation), dated September 10 and 19, 1990 on <br />file with the Planning Department. In the event that the <br />applicant proposes to modify the hours of operation as <br />specified in the details of the operation, the modification <br />shall be subject to the review and approval of the Planning <br />Director. The Director may refer the matter to the Planning <br />Commission which may apply additional conditions to the <br />subject conditional use permit, based upon the expanded <br />hours of operation. <br />2. That the outside doors of the dance club shall remain closed <br />during all hours of operation. A sign to that effect shall <br />be placed by the entry doors. <br />3. That private parties held on the dance-club premises and <br />catering services provided by the dance club be limited to <br />weekends only, to the hours of 1:00 PM through 5:00 PM, and <br />to a maximum of 300 persons. If, at any time in the future, <br />the private party activities of the operation create a <br />parking nuisance, the Planning Director may require that the <br />use permit be subjected to a review by the Planning <br />Commission. Said review may include the addition of <br />conditions further restricting the hours of operation and <br />number of persons attending private parties. <br />4. That the limousine associated with the dance club, and <br />provided for its customers as a special service, not be <br />parked on-site during hours when the club is not open for <br />business to the general public. <br />5. That the applicant obtain all necessary permits from the <br />State and County prior to beginning the operation of the <br />establishment. <br />6. That if, at any time in the future, the activities of the <br />operation deviate from the above description or the <br />-1- <br />
