CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91-142 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 <br />(ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY <br />STREETS) BY AMENDING SECTION 12 <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br />No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br />for City Streets); and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended Resolution <br />No. 76-79; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 3, 1991, the City Council <br />received and discussed a report (SR 91:349) from the <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities related to <br />prohibition of parking of vehicles in excess of 20 feet <br />in length on Junipero Drive between Sunol Boulevard and <br />Tomas Way; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br />Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended <br />by adding Subsection 12j-3 to Section 12 (No Parking <br />Zones for Vehicles in Excess of Twenty Feet in Length) to <br />read as follows: <br />12j-3 Junipero Drive, from Sunol Boulevard to Tomas <br />Way. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 3, 1991 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYE5: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: <br />Peg zidro City Clerk <br />APPR~O~V~ED ~ AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
