PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COIINTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLIITION N0. PC-90-90 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PIID-90-10, THE <br />APPLICATION OF JOSEPH W. CALLAHAN <br />WHEREAS, Joseph W. Callahan has applied for PUD rezoning and <br />development plan approval to rezone an approximately 1.8 <br />acre site from PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br />Neighborhood Commercial to the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) -High Density Residential and to construct <br />20 townhomes located at 600 Palomino Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 26, <br />1990, the Planning Commission, after considering all <br />public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations <br />of the City staff concerning this proposal, recommended <br />approval of the proposed negative declaration for Case <br />PUD-90-10; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the PUD findings provided in <br />the staff report dated September 26, 1990, and attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the rezoning and <br />development plan are consistent with the General Plan <br />policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the application of Joseph W. <br />Callahan for PUD rezoning and development plan approval <br />to rezone an approximately 1.8 acre site from PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Neighborhood Commercial to <br />the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density <br />Residential and to construct 20 townhomes located at 600 <br />Palomino Drive, subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference, as revised by the Planning Commission at its <br />meeting of September 26, 1990, as shown in the minutes of <br />that meeting attached hereto. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 2 6TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 19 9 0 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE <br />
